Deployment & serving

From model files
to a working application call.

Your application needs private inference. We scope the environment, implement the serving layer, connect one caller, and hand over the release.

Your application needs private inference.

Bring the model, existing application, and rollout deadline. We deploy in your cloud or on premises, with an infrastructure owner named before implementation. Don’t have GPUs yet? We can help source the compute.

First, establish a workable scope.

The $2,500 readiness sprint covers one workload and one target environment. No installation is included. You receive:

  • Infrastructure boundary and dependency map
  • Existing compute review or comparison of up to two providers
  • Model compatibility, workload test plan, and operating-cost range
  • Named owners and a go / no-go implementation scope

The conclusion is a scoped implementation, a recommendation to use an existing platform, or a no-go with the blockers named. You keep the findings even if you do not commission implementation. It is a separate fee, not an automatic credit against later work.

Connect one application path.

The $12,500–$20,000 private workflow implementation covers one model. one environment. one agreed application path. The scope defines the caller, response contract, and acceptance criteria.

Deploy the serving layer

Pin the model and runtime, record artifact identity and dependencies, configure the agreed service, and implement access and request controls inside your approved environment.

Need artifact scanning, runtime CVE reports, and signed registry handover? Model release security is a separately quoted add-on to either implementation package.

Connect your application

Integrate one synchronous inference call into your existing application. Define credentials, request and response handling, timeouts, invalid inputs, and service failures. Test the complete path from caller to result.

Deliver a release your operator can use

You receive versioned installation files, workload measurements, a release-specific acceptance record, recovery instructions, and an operator walkthrough. The agreement names who owns operating the service after handover.

Agree acceptance before implementation.

Your release record captures the configuration, test conditions, results, and any agreed exceptions.

CheckWhat acceptance establishes
Reproducible installationThe approved model, runtime, and configuration install from the delivered files in the target environment.
Access & data pathsApproved callers succeed; unauthorized calls fail. Agreed ingress, egress, secrets, and logging checks run in the actual environment.
Application connectionThe named caller completes the agreed task through the private inference service. Invalid input, timeout, and service failure follow the written contract.
Workload behaviorRepresentative inputs meet the agreed latency, resource, concurrency, and error thresholds. Conditions and raw results accompany the record.
Release & recoveryRestart and the agreed failed-update / rollback exercise are demonstrated. Any state or schema migration is identified before testing.
Operator handoverThe nominated operator follows the runbook to run the service, inspect failures, and reproduce the agreed recovery procedure.

Updates without a required control plane.

The installed service does not require a Tenantplane management subscription. Rights to project-specific files and reusable materials are recorded separately from third-party software and model licenses.

Optional maintenance covers a written allowance of business-hours update and requalification work. A new model or runtime is checked against the accepted workload before promotion. On-call coverage, unlimited incidents, and a 24/7 SLA are not included.

Scope the surrounding systems.

We map retrieval, databases, telemetry, and external dependencies before work starts. Durable jobs, broader application changes, new Kubernetes platforms, high availability, and multi-node serving require a separate scope and quote.

Need only the endpoint? The $7,500 deployment-only starter includes one HTTP example, with application integration owned by your team. Compare the starter scope.

Clinical and patient-data workflows, compliance certification, and model-quality guarantees are outside these packages.
