# Deployment-only starter — scope worksheet

This is an unfilled qualification and acceptance template, not a contract, customer deliverable, security attestation, or record of tests already passed. September 9, 2026.

## Buying unit and fee

Proposed implementation: USD $7,500, one approved model revision, one existing environment, one synchronous inference interface, and operator handover. Infrastructure and third-party costs are additional. Confirm eligibility and written terms before payment or access.

One documented HTTP request/response client example is included. Downstream notebook, workflow, or application integration beyond that example is excluded. This is request/response inference, not an included durable queue, asynchronous job scheduler, workflow orchestration platform, dataset pipeline, or scientific-validation service. If long-running work needs persistence, retry/resume, cancellation, or results storage, define it as a different scope before committing.

## Retain observed evidence for each acceptance check

| Check | Pass condition to agree | Evidence location / actual result |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Artifact identity | Agreed inventory and hashes match; altered required files rejected | Not run |
| Access | Approved caller succeeds; invalid identity and unauthorized paths rejected | Not run |
| Inference | Agreed request produces correctly shaped output; invalid/oversized requests fail | Not run |
| Workload | Agreed representative workload meets written measured thresholds | Not run |
| Data paths | Target-environment controls and observations support the stated boundary | Not run |
| Operation | Named operator reruns installation/start/stop/checks from the delivered runbook | Not run |
| Handover | Files transferred with agreed rights; access removal verified where required | Not run |

Record date, machine/model/runtime versions, exact workload, raw outcomes, failures, remaining risks, and the limits of each test. A passed synthetic reference is not a passed customer installation.

## Commercial boundary to confirm

Proposed payment: USD $3,750 at kickoff; USD $3,750 after agreed acceptance checks pass. Proposed correction commitment: in-scope installation defects reported within 30 days after acceptance are corrected without another implementation fee. The actual agreement must resolve review/correction periods, termination and refund handling before work starts.

No model-accuracy, clinical, regulatory, audit-passage, security-perfection, uptime or sales-outcome guarantee. No included HA/multi-node setup, MSA/database service, post-training, app development, hardware purchase, 24/7 operations or compulsory management subscription.

Third-party model and software licenses remain applicable. Hashes and safe loading do not establish freedom from vulnerabilities or malicious model behavior.
